OUR IMPACT

SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAM

This is the flagship programme of LEARN. The main objectives of the Summer School include keeping young people off the streets during the summer holiday, to break barriers for students in public schools by keeping them away from engaging in antisocial behaviour during the summer holiday.

TIME OUT WITH THE YOUTHS

The overall goal of this event is to bring youth together to express and celebrate themselves, give information that will guide them to make good decisions about their career and sexuality and to voice out their concerns.

EXCURSION VISITS

We believe in taking education out of the classroom in order to broaden their horizons, students were taken on excursion to Nigerian Stock Exchange, NAHCO, Lagos State Waste Management Authority etc. The objective is to encourage and motivate the students thereby creating innovation into our programmes.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

As part of our aim of creating alternative platform for learning, we organized After School Programme where students come in after school hours to be taught Moral and Civic Education, English and Leadership Studies and Vocational Skills training in Fashion Design and Catering.

Scholarship Programme

Under our Indigent Scholarship programme, students from low income backgrounds are offered the opportunity to attend leading educational institutions across the country. This programme affords them the opportunity to attend private schools such as: St. Gregory's College, Holy Child College and Day Waterman College.

Youth Empowerment Program

Our youth empowerment programme is to empower graduates, undergraduates and secondary school leavers to be self sufficient; we run training in ICT skills, Web Designing, Computer Repairs and GSM Repairs.
